Refund Policy

At STRUXX, we take pride in delivering high-quality property services. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion so we can review the issue and find a resolution.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed as agreed

  • There was damage caused by our team

  • A job was cancelled by STRUXX due to unforeseen circumstances

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed for change-of-mind or if access was restricted during the scheduled time.
